Walk into the shop and look at the wall. Almost everything on it comes from brands run by people who skate. That's on purpose.
Why it matters
When you buy from a skater-owned brand, the money goes back into skateboarding: pro boards, team trips, video parts, events. Those brands make decisions based on what skaters actually want. We run Habibi the same way. Keep skateboarding in the hands of skateboarders.
New to the region in 2024
In January 2024 we brought three skater-owned brands to the region: Opera, Jacuzzi Unlimited and Slappy. Thank you to all three for putting their faith in us.
Opera
Masks, art-heavy graphics and solid EX7 decks. Opera's team includes Nassim Lachhab, whose "Nomad" part ran on Thrasher in 2025. They also make wheels, grip and rails.
Jacuzzi Unlimited
Fun, weird and well made. Pro boards from riders like Zander Mitchell, Ariana Spencer and Jake Yanko, plus guest boards and tees.
Slappy
Trucks made for grinding, like the ST1 Inverted and Hollow Lights, plus tools, bolts and bearings.
